This home 4 u is a trading name of Visio (UK) Ltd who are part of the Thom Thom Group.

What we do:-
We list information on behalf of people who wish to sell their home privately.
We don’t charge commission or anything like that at all, we simply charge the seller a one off advertising fee of £65, interested buyers will contact the seller directly and arrange viewing via the details submitted by the seller.
We are able upon request, to supply a For Sale sign (see For Sale signs) at a cost of £35 which can be displayed at the property. Please note that when ordering you have the option to insert on the sign either your landline or mobile number, the property reference number will also be displayed which is automatically issued by our system.

What we don’t do:-

• Handle enquiries
• Enter into negotiations what so ever
• Verify the details submitted
• Advise how much your property should be advertised for
• Advise on any legal aspect of house selling

Having said that, now for some more info:-
The PROPERTY information submitted to us hopefully should be sufficient for an interested buyer to make the decision as to whether they wish to view the property, we can not verify these details/photo’s we simply list what a seller has submitted.

The thishome4u team will check for spelling errors, align the photos so that it is presented to the formatted standard we have, if required, any other information/queries should be directed to the seller.
